1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 4–8 business days depending on your location.

Delivery may take longer during festivals, natural calamities, weather disruptions, or courier operational delays.

3. Courier Partners

Temple Box ships orders through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and its logistics network.

4. Delivery Attempts


Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.
Customers are requested to keep their phone reachable during delivery.


5. Incorrect Address


If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail.
Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be payable by the customer.


6. Delivery Delays


Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partners. While Temple Box continuously coordinates with the courier for successful delivery, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.


7. Failed Delivery


If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to Temple Box. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Partial COD Orders


Orders placed under the Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) option require an advance payment to confirm the order. This advance amount covers order processing, packaging, and shipping-related costs.

9. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email after dispatch.
